CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

This Consent is given pursuant to Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

2. Subject matter of the Consent
2.1. By registering an account in the “Tap & Talk” mobile application and/or on the website https://tapntalk.world/ and ticking the relevant checkbox, the User, freely, by their own will and in their own interest, gives the Operator consent to the processing of their personal data on the terms of this Consent and of the Privacy Policy.
2.2. The consent checkbox is not pre-ticked (not enabled by default): consent is given by a separate affirmative action of the User.
3. Categories of personal data covered by this Consent
3.1. Upon registration and use of the Service:
- e-mail address;
- name (display name);
- country of residence;
- native language;
- password (processed in the form of a cryptographic hash);
- data received from the Google / Yandex authentication providers when signing in via the respective service (e-mail, name) — at the User’s option.
3.2. When using the voice translation feature:
- audio recordings (audio stream) of the User’s speech — solely for the purpose of performing voice translation in real time.
3.3. Technical data:
- IP address, date, time and parameters of requests (server technical logs).
3.4. Bank card payment details are not covered by this Consent: they are entered on the secure page of the payment agent Robokassa LLC (ООО «Робокасса») and are not transferred to the Operator.
4. Purposes of processing
- creation and administration of the account;
- authentication and provision of access to the Service;
- provision of the real-time voice translation service;
- accounting for the subscription, Credits and payments, management of subscription auto-renewal;
- acceptance of payments through the payment agent and issuance of fiscal receipts in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
- sending service messages (e-mail confirmation code, password recovery, subscription status notifications, fiscal receipts, notices of changes to the terms);
- handling of the User’s support enquiries, including refund requests.
5. List of actions performed with personal data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision of, and granting access to, the data) to the processors listed in Section 6, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
6. Transfer to third parties (processors)
The User consents to the processing of personal data being entrusted to the following parties for the purposes set out in Section 4:
- Robokassa LLC (ООО «Робокасса») — acceptance of payments, recurring charges, issuance of fiscal receipts (the “Robocheki” service);
- Google / Yandex — authentication via the OAuth protocol (at the User’s option).
7. Validity period of the Consent
7.1. This Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn by the User.
7.2. Following withdrawal of the Consent or achievement of the purposes of processing, the personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized within 30 (thirty) calendar days, unless otherwise required by the laws of the Russian Federation (including statutory retention periods for payment and fiscal receipt records).
8. Procedure for withdrawing the Consent
8.1. The User may withdraw this Consent in whole or in part by sending a request to support@tapntalk.world from the e-mail address linked to the account, specifying the scope of the withdrawal.
8.2. The request is reviewed within 10 (ten) business days. Withdrawal of the Consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
8.3. The User acknowledges that withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data required for the operation of the account makes further use of the Service impossible.
9. Representations of the User
By giving this Consent, the User confirms that they:
- have read the Privacy Policy and the terms of the Public Offer;
- have full legal capacity and are at least 18 years of age;
- provide data about themselves voluntarily, and that such data is accurate;
- have been informed of their rights under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, including the right to withdraw consent and the right to appeal against the Operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
